Well, after several months of serious consideration, I finally did it... chopped it all off, baby... well, not quite all of it... But this is definitely the shortest my hair has ever been in my entire life, aside from my infancy when my hair was still trying to grow out (Mom, you can correct me if I'm wrong).
I've saved my hair to send to Locks of Love. There was enough of it - just over 12 inches, as you can compare in the picture with the 8 1/2 x 11 inch sheet of paper beside it - and I can send it in so they can make it part of a wig for a child who has lost all of their hair from cancer/chemo, etc.
