I cross-referenced it to my 'secular' baby name book, and that book told me that Dollie (Dolly) is derived from the name Dorothy, which means (are you ready?): "Gift of God." Couldn't be more accurate!
Baby Dollie, this has now become more than just a silly sweet nickname. God has a plan for you - my prayer is that you will embrace Him, sweet child!!
